Carogna Remover for Mastic & tubular glue

Remover for Sealant and Tubular Glue. Carogna Remover is a modern solvent that softens glues and sealants, this allows to remove residues on carbon or aluminum rims. In this way, the bonding surface will be clean. Ideal for applying new Carogna tape or tubular glue.
Instructions for use
1. Spread a layer of about 1 mm thick Carogna Remover over the entire bonding surface with a small brush. It is recommended to completely cover the traces of sealant. Thanks to the high viscosity of Carogna Remover it will not drip, it will stay in place.
WARNING: immediately clean the Carogna Remover if any excess goes on the rim stickers, some could be dissolved.
2. Allow time for the Carogna Remover to work: Depending on the type of sealant, thickness and age, the Carogna Remover may need more time to work. Leave it to work for between 2 and 12 hours. Try scraping the sealant off with a plastic tire lever or an old rag, if the sealant still resists, leave it to work for more time.
3. When the old sealant is "cooked", the Carogna Remover will have softened it and transformed it into a gel: it can, at this point, be removed with a rag or a plastic tire lever.
